Carey received her Pilates certification on all apparatus from Peak Pilates. She is an avid runner and snowboarder and has found that Pilates greatly enhances these and other athletic endeavors. She focuses on helping her clients excel in their activities by incorporating Pilates elements into their everyday lives. This is achieved by improving their posture, increasing core strength, gaining flexibility, and preventing injuries. Carey is also a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a Certified Personal Trainer for over 10 years. She and her husband own their own personal training studio and enjoy working with clients of every age and background.
